Fresh profiles with basic experience. Ideal for e-commerce, lookbooks, and quick campaigns.
Experienced Talent
1–3 years of professional work. Strong posing, styling awareness, and commercial experience.
Public Figure / Pageant Finalist
High-exposure talents with showbiz or pageant background. Suitable for luxury and high-end campaigns.
Out-of-Town / Travel-based Projects
This policy applies when the actor/actress is required to travel outside the city or shoot in another province or country.

*All travel, lodging & meals must be covered by the production team. These travel terms are designed to remain budget-friendly while ensuring fair working conditions for talents.
What is usage fee?
A usage fee is charged in addition to the talent performance fee when the content (images, video, or voice) will be used for marketing or public distribution after the production day.
What determines the usage fee?
Usage fee depends on three key factors:
- Platform: like Social media, websites, print materials, packaging, billboard, TV, cinema
- Territory: like 1 country, Southeast Asia, or global
- Duration: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or lifetime

Online and social media use across Southeast Asia (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore). Valid for 12 months.

Worldwide usage across all platforms. Online, print, TV, OOH. Valid for 12 months.

Buy-Out (Local) 100%/Talent Fee
Unlimited usage across 1 country on all platforms, no expiration. Recommended for long-term campaigns or global brand launches.

Good to know
All usage terms must be agreed before the shoot and stated in the contract.
Usage beyond 12 months requires renewal or upgrade to buy-out.
You can request custom usage packages depending on your media plan.
Rates below apply for on-site projects (within the city). For out-of-town or travel-based productions, additional fees apply.

Travel & Accommodation Policy
Travel compensation applies if the shoot takes place outside the actor’s base city or requires overnight stay.
All transportation, hotel, and meals must be covered by the production team.
Exact amount will be confirmed during casting or negotiation.

Booking Confirmation
A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking.
The deposit must be made at least 72 hours before the shoot date.
Bookings without deposit by this deadline will be automatically cancelled without notice.The remaining 50% balance must be paid on or before the shooting date.
A 5% daily late fee will apply if full payment is not completed within 3 calendar days after the shoot.
Talent usage rights and deliverables are suspended until full payment is received.
Note:
• To officially secure a booking, a deposit must be made. Until then, the time slot is not reserved.
• In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the full amount (100% of total invoice) remains due, even if only 50% was paid. This compensates the talent for blocked time and lost opportunities.
Cancellation Policy

No-shows are considered last-minute cancellations and will be fully charged.

Overtime Policy
Overtime is charged per hour, based on the booked talent rate.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Beyond that, full overtime fees apply.
Usage Rights Enforcement
Usage rights are activated only after full payment is received.
Unauthorized use outside the agreed scope may result in penalty fees or legal action.
All usage terms must be outlined in the signed contract.

All prices exclude VAT and external production fees unless stated.
Flore reserves the right to substitute talent due to unforeseen circumstances, with client approval.
